Meet Ahmed, the founder of BreezeMasters
I’m Ahmed, the founder of BreezeMasters. I’ve lived in Dubai for over 15 years, and like every resident here, I know how brutal the summer heat can get. A few years ago, my own AC broke down during a 48°C heatwave. My family and I suffered for two days while waiting for a technician who arrived late, quoted an inflated price, and only did a half-hearted job. That experience was the final push.
The challenges that inspired us
I saw the same problems repeated everywhere: Unreliable service, overcharging during peak season, technicians who don’t explain what they’re doing, and poor after-service follow-up. This personal frustration fueled my desire to create a better solution for Dubai residents.

So in 2022, I decided to build BreezeMasters — a professional, transparent, and customer-obsessed AC service company that I wished existed when I needed it most.
